Classic MIDI Works is a division of Artisan Classic Organ Inc., a company Canadian-owned and operated, established in 1976. For more than 40 years, our products have been helping churches, church organ builders and re-builders throughout North America.

Artisan Classic Organ also manufactures electronic components for pipe and electronic organs and builds custom electronic organs for the Canadian market.  For more information on these divisions, see www.organworks.com/ and www.classicorgan.com respectively.

We at MIDI Works, maintain an active research and development program, and continually refine and expand our product lines. It is this looking ahead technically, while respectfully maintaining the sonic and artistic traditions of the past that has enabled us to create products which are fun to play, beautiful to look at, sonically superior and have unparalleled reliability.

Another innovation is the introduction of OrganWorks™, the world's first organ design and specification program for Microsoft Windows™. This user-friendly PC program allows any organist or organ builder to graphically design the organ console, as well as enter all the detailed data pertaining to the pipes, electronic tone generators, and/or MIDI equipment to be included in the organ. To download the latest copy of this program, visit the website of Classic Organ Works, another division of Artisan Classic Organ Inc.

In 2005, we launched the MIDIjet Pro wireless MIDI system. With a range of 500' and a rock solid connection, it has been used on large concert tours by artist such as U2, Justin Timberlake, Gwen Stefani, Dreamtheater, Dragonforce, the Rolling Stones, Herbie Hancock, Michael Brecker to name but a few. MIDIjet Pro is also imbedded inside cutting edge instruments like the Zen Riffer and Nyle Steiner's EVI.

Our company is located in Markham, a suburb on the northeastern edge of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you are ever in the area, you can come by and take a tour of our facilities and meet some of our talented personnel.
